ReplyDeleteI am Rebecca Gibby Crookston. I am friends with Tonya.(Last year she found out we are second cousins. My dad and your mom are cousins.) I remember going to your grandma's house once, I was pretty young, but I remember the neat dress up clothes and dolls in the cool room upstairs. I have also recently met your mom and dad a few times and they are very nice too.
Before my grandma died, my husband and I lived with her for about eighteen months. She talked fondly of her sister Mary.
Here is a little bit more information for your pictures: Mr. Gibby is Ralph Farnsworth Gibby. LouCeil does not have a space between the u and C. (I asked her when I was doing her bills. She had three other Lucille's her age and changed the spelling when she was young.)
Aunt Pauline is a Barnett and her husband was Elmer Barnett. Once again, this is really neat. You have gone to tons of work and we appreciate it. If you have any questions we can answer we'd be glad to. I have one. On newfamilysearch.org it says Aunt Mary's name is Mary Annie. Is it really Anne? I personally don't care, just curious.
